Trying my Finfun Elite without the vinyl

You see some brands with bigger flukes that don’t use vinyl. It made me curious today as I was getting ready to swim and I wondered what my finfun elite would look like without it’s vinyl in place. So i threw my elite monofin in sans vinyl and hopped in for a swim! My first impression was that is was laughable! It looks so saggy and awkward. But once I started swimming it felt great, there was actually less drag than usual. My parents pool isn’t too deep so I was a little limited on testing it fully but i was able to do some tricks and maneuvers to see how the tail flowed. Once i looked at the footage i was impressed with how it looked! It’s not perfect but overall not bad. Feel free to leave your thoughts on it in the comments and suggestions on what else you’d like me to try next!
