BDC Inventive Dance Competition *Classical Winner. *Aug 2022.
A great sequence easily danced by beginners up. A nice alternative to the Mayfair Quickstep which is fun to do.
Start in Side by Side Position. Facing LOD in Right to Left Hand Hold.
Two Walks and heel Lock Step and Check diagonally outwards.
Change of Place offer inside hand. ZigZag facing Partner. Man Checks forward and replaces leading partner to under arm Switch Turn. Chasse against LOD dropping hand hold to Switch Turn *Spot Turn. Heel lead.
Chasse down LOD facing partner slight shoulder/side lead taking loose Ballroom/Latin Hold. Closer hold can be taken after man steps Outside Partner for the *Waltz Reverse Turn to end DW.
Step and point forward and Step Point back remaining on the Diagonal.
Two Walks and Side Close completes the dance.
