Ingredients:
500g sliced beef (sirloin or flank steak)
½ tsp baking soda
shake white pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 teaspoon cornstarch/cornflour /potato starch
1 tbsp Shoaxing cooking wine

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (light)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, minced
2 spring onions, chopped (optional)
few drops of sesame oil (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
