We use:
• 1 medium kettlebell
• 1 heavier kettlebell
• Full body compound movements
• Controlled tempo strength work
This session is designed to:
✔ Build lean muscle
✔ Improve functional strength
✔ Elevate your heart rate
✔ Challenge your core throughout
Choose a weight that feels challenging but allows you to maintain good form. The goal here is strength, control and power — not rushing.
You’ll work through lower body, upper body and core in one efficient, effective session.

• Mat (optional)
• Water
