In the video I have an ex police cruiser Dodge Charger that as usually came without the rear seatbelts and seatbelt buckles. I had to get those from a salvage and install from scratch. If you are in the same position, you will need left seatbelt assembly, right seat belt assembly and center seatbelt piece. Regarding tools you will need a pry bar, ratchet, 18mm socket and a torx T50 socket.
