CTL-312S Commutator / Slip Ring Turning Lathe

Описание: The CTL-312S is our latest model lathe, designed for finish turning of the armature’s commutator or the rotor’s slip ring for both OEM and Rebuilding Industries.
The Lathe features a full range of multifunctional capabilities, sophisticated turning technology based on using servo drive systems and a high quality level of all output parameters. Turning of both the commutator (riser or riser-less type) and slip ring is achieved via a single seated shank-holder unit, mounted onto precision servo-driven slides. During the turning operation, the work piece is rotated on its own bearing journals in long life prisms or diamond half bearings (optional).
The main function of this Lathe is to achieve extremely low RUN-OUT (6 microns for commutators and less than 12 microns for slip rings) and roughness Ra (0.45 microns). This makes the CTL-312S most preferable for the OEM Automotive Industry.
