Recipe - Makes 4 to 5 half pint jars
4 Cups chopped purslane
2 medium onions
1 sweet pepper
2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup cider vinigar
3/4 cup sugar
Spices: 1/2 each of the following
mustard seed, ground mustard, turmeric, nutmeg,
dill seed and dill weed
