Today was a good day.
I went to confession and Mass tonight, and shared a very special anointing of the sick with my daughter, Finley. It was a moment filled with peace and faith.
I also shared an incredible pin my friend Chris had made for me — a purple ribbon for pancreatic cancer with “BK Strong” in the center. A small thing, but a powerful reminder of the love and support surrounding me.
I am truly overwhelmed and grateful for the prayers, positive thoughts, messages, and donations. This has been one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life, and I feel incredibly blessed by my friends, family, and this community.
