A real battle with the elements in the village today. Due to heavy snowfall and strong wind gusts, the roof over the door couldn't hold up — I had to grab my tools for an urgent repair. Besides the fixing, there’s plenty of farm chores: clearing deep snow, feeding chickens and ducks, and filling bird feeders for the wild birds. Village life in winter is all about staying on the move!
