Beef Bowl ingredients:
95% lean ground beef
150g sweet potato
70g avocado (or 75g quacamole)
150g zero fat greek yogurt
1/2 tsp butter
Jalapeños (optional)
Sea salt
Pepper
Calories: ~750 kcal
Protein: ~96g
Fat: ~27g
Carbohydrates: ~30g
Pan fry ground beef and season with salt and pepper (garlic powder and onion powder work well too)
Wash, prick and cover sweet potato in paper towel and microwave for about 7-8 minutes flipping half way through; then slice open, remover inner bit and season with butter and sea salt
Add your avocado/quac, and greek yogurt with a few jalapeños if you want extra heat, and you’re done!
So easy, so good, so healthy
