BEEF AND CHILI DRY WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin Slices 500 grams
Flour 1 Cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce (Direct) 5 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Capsicum (Slice) 3
Onion (Slice) 1
Green Chili (Slice) 6
Oil Fry Purpose
Method:
In a bowl, mix the beef, flour, eggs, and salt well. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the beef for 6 to 8 minutes, take it out of the pan and keep it aside. Now fry the garlic in the pan for 1 minute. Then add all the other ingredients along with the beef and fry for 2 minutes. Then serve with fried rice.
