Ingredients for 8 servings:
1 pork loin (about 2 kg)
2 apples
2 shallots
2 tbsp bread crumbs
30 g walnuts
50 g butter
1 sprig of rosemary
180 g sliced bacon
30 ml brandy
Salt and black pepper
Sunflower oil
