Описание: A witness told media outlets of the moment when a man plowed through a crowd on New Orleans' Bourbon Street just hours into the new year, killing 14 people and injuring over 30 others in an incident federal officials are investigating as an act of terrorism. The man suspected of carrying out the act operated alone and was killed during a shoot out with police, where 2 officers were injured.
