On The Scene: The two verified impeachment complaints against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. have been referred to the House Committee on Justice, triggering the one-year ban on filing subsequent complaints against the President. The first complaint was filed last January 19 by Atty. Andre de Jesus, and the second complaint was filed on January 26 by leaders of progressive groups. On Monday, the two complaints were included in the House plenary session agenda.
