In the last video, I figured out that a test with grapes and a kitchen scale delivers absolutely non-repeatable results. This time I decided to make some improvements to my measuring idea and created a base for dental floss / thread or whatever you like, which can be easily replaced.
If I do 10 repeats, I will have some good average value for the knife. Once it's sharpened, the test repeats and we'll have a great comparable result before and after. Of course, it's nothing to be compared with professional tools, but also not some random fruits from my fridge :)
