Stopcock Assy: Retrofit with Epson SCARA Robot & IntelliFlex Feeders

Описание: We disassembled then upgraded a customer's existing workcell with new mechanical features and software programming and the ability to run a variety of new part types. One of the biggest improvements over the original machine was the addition of the Epson LS6B SCARA robot, Epson CV2 Vision Guide System and twin Epson IntelliFlex 380 Feeders. Other upgraded components included Keyence vision sensors, a Kistler torque transducer with MaXYmos monitoring, and an Allen-Bradley color touchscreen HMI. The new system had a tremendous increase in cycle time, leading the customer to order duplicate systems based on this new design.
