Charice's lower registers are sooooooo superb and soothing. She has that sort of voice that when you hear her singing, you just can't help but think 'Wow that's nice'.
I can't actually think of any other singer that is so solid and controlled in this range. The only one that springs to mind is Elvis, but then you would expect a man to be more comfortable in this range.
