Modern Meets Traditional in MK27's Mediterranean Residences

Описание: MK27's San Josep Villas are modern private residences in the Mediterranean, harmoniously blending contemporary architecture with traditional local design. The project features four whitewashed structures across a 33,000 sqm landscape, comprising two houses and two flats. The design respects the terrain's natural plateaus and walls, incorporating arid gardens and shared pools.

With cross-shaped floor plans, the villas are centered around open living spaces or "piazzas," enhanced by retractable wooden sunscreens and mashrabyas for light control and privacy. Bedrooms offer sea views or access to private patios, while thick white walls and natural wood interiors create a serene, sunlit ambiance. The design celebrates local heritage, integrating seamlessly into the Mediterranean landscape.
