I'd lose the weight only to gain it back and more! I'm tired of the diet culture and the physical and emotional roller coaster that comes with it! I turned 65 and just had to stop that madness! Now I focus on eating to live my healthiest best Slimming World Lifestyle. I've started to reap the benefits. My triglycerides and cholesterol levels are within a healthy range now! I'm loving my delicious meals! I never feel deprived. I stopped my night binges! I no longer live to eat. I eat to live because food is my medicine!
