Half Moon Pose
From a standing forward fold position with your feet hips width apart bring your hand about 6-10 inches in front of your foot and come onto your fingertips. PLace your other hand on your hip and lift your leg directly behind you as you rotate your entire torso including your hip and other leg so that its aligned in one line. Extend your arm straight up and turn your head to look up at your arm. Maintain a straight leg with the muscles engaged as you flex the other foot with that leg engaged.
