http://www.internetdentalalliance.com... Internet Dental Alliance websites provide a "Leading Tracking" area in the "Reports" section of the Control Panel. You can review all of the new patient leads from your IDA internet dental marketing.
What you see here is a comprehensive list of all your new patient leads. If you scroll to the right side of this list, you'll see the columns labeled "Source" and "Type" that will tell you what type of lead it is -- whether it's a phone lead, a response to a website promotion, a patient request from an online dental directory, or what have you. All these leads are gathered here together, letting you easily determine which sources are bringing in the most new patient leads.
If you scroll back to the left side of this list, you'll see a lot of information about each lead -- when it came in, who it came from, where they're located, and what their contact information is.
If you've turned on Call Tracking and Call Recording in the "Call Tracking" area of the "Appointment Management" section, you'll also see a list of everyone who called the toll-free number on your website to request an appointment. Check the "Duration" column to see how long the call lasted. If you've enabled Call Recording, you'll also see a speaker icon listed to the left of each call. Just click it to listen to a recording of the call. Monitoring these calls can give you valuable insights into how well your front office is converting these calls to actual appointments.
Remember, the "Lead Tracking Report" lets you review all of the patient leads you've accumulated. The "Notifications" area of the "Appointment Management" section is where you can specify how you would like your office or offices to be notified of each new lead.
