Snowplow crews in Baltimore County were making progress since the storm ended late Sunday night, making about 70% of the county's passable, according to the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation. The DPWT has 500 pieces of equipment and 600 people working on clearing snow across the county's 2,700 miles of roads. By Monday, the work shifted to clear feeder roads before moving on to neighborhoods. The DPWT said its crews ran into challenges navigating around parked and stuck vehicles.
