This is one of my favourite homemade sweet peanut soup that is rich, creamy and really delicious. It is so easy to make using only a two ingredients, peanuts and rock sugar & not forgetting water. It’s best to use a pressure cooker and takes only 30-40 mins depending on how soft you want the peanuts to be. You can also boil on stove-top but will take 4-5 hours to get the softness of the peanuts that we want.

INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
400g white peanuts
2 liters of water
Rock sugar to taste
Milk /coconut milk /soy milk (optional)
