While using pybrain3, I needed a simple integration that worked with numpy data. So, I looked into mesa-x11, pyVirtualDesktop, & moderngl. Since they work well in a docker container, it should be good enough to do AI development with. Even if the hidden layers of the network with a pybrain3 neural network use image information.

and to use it:

docker run -it --rm -e LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 de3343/ai_mods_py3.10:moderngl_plus_pyvirtualdesktop python3.10

When using it, make sure to setup the pyVirtualDesktop before using modernGL for AI development with rdkit, brian2, & pybrain3.
