Ready made Samosa sheets
Ingredients for Chinese chicken samosa:
400 gms boanless chicken thighs cut in small pieces
2 tbsp oil
2 inch ginger fone chopped
12 garlic cloves finely chopped
3 spicy green chilli fine chopped
2 cups of grated cabbage
i medium size capcicum chopped
1 medium size carrot grated
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp sriracha hot chilli sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp peprica powder
2 cheese cubes
2 tbsp spring onion
3 tbsp sweet corn boiled
corriander leaves
3 tbsp all purpose flour+ 4 tbsp water make paste to seal samosas
Ingredients for malai Boti samosa:
400 gms boanless chicken thighs cut in small cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 small fine chopped garlic
1 tsp fresh crushed black pepper
1 small size capcicum chopped
1 tsp salt
white sauce ingredients:
1/2 cup myonese
4-5 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp milk powder
1 cheese cubes
1 slice cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp mix herbs
oil for frying
