As always, I want to remind you that simply learning the scales will NOT automatically make you sound better. It's like speaking a language - you don't just learn the letters of the alphabet and then start communicating. You must learn how to use those letters to form words, then sentences, then paragraphs, learn some slang, etc. So when it comes to improv, learning scales is like learning the alphabet - it's just the first step.
This video covers that first step, merely showing you which scales (or letters) work over certain chords.
