🧠 How It Works

1. Player talks to a dealer NPC
2. They get directed to a random pickup spot
3. Pickup NPC gives them packages
4. They are sent to an alley
5. Vehicles arrive one-by-one to take the packages
6. Police may be alerted (based on random chance)
7. After all packages are delivered, cooldown starts
