Hello guys, and welcome back to Car Obsession. Once more, you join me at a race circuit with 'Monique', my turbocharged Mk1 Mazda MX-5. Once again we're are Snetterton on an OpenTrack trackday, only this time there are two differences.

After being stored in my garage for as long as I care to remember it was FINALLY time to blow the dust of my trackday alloys, which are shod in the well known Nankang AR-1 semi-slick tyre.

As well as that, I also had the EBC RP-1 brake pads to try out for the very first time. These were paid for with my own money, so this is not an ad or sponsored content.
