CircUp: Easily Install or Upgrade CircuitPython Libraries

Описание: Every CircuitPython user should be using CircUp. It makes installing and upgrading files much easier than manually dragging libraries from a downloaded "lib" folder. CircUp can even look at your board's code.py and add all of the libraries that are needed - even if a library requires another library not mentioned on an "import" line. CircUp uses the command line in the terminal and it's not user-friendly to install, but it will be a great help. I'll be sharing this with all of the new coders in my university CircuitPython course.
