In this week's episode I explain my though process and methodology behind wanting to convert the bus from the old school 6 lug GM wheel pattern to a more modern 10 lug wheel pattern.
Hey there! Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out the progress on my bus. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Kapono Fuller, and over the last 3 years I have been working on converting my 1969 GM New Look bus (lovingly referred to as a "Fishbowl") into a home on wheels. In the summer of 2019 our old engine, a Detroit 6V53, suffered a breakdown. It has since been replaced with a 24 valve 5.9 Cummins backed by an Allison 3000MH. Be sure to subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already so you can follow along with the progress. There is still a long road ahead until the bus is up and running but fear not!
