Instant Pot Caldo de Res (Beef Soup) is super easy to make! I used beef shanks and mixed vegetables. For seasoning I used Knorr beef and Tomatoe bouillon.
For extra flavor I blended tomatoe, onion and garlic with some water.
Cook meat first for 35 minutes, quick release, then add vegetables for 5 minutes. And enjoy!
