Waterkloof on Main Apartment Complex | Construction Timelapse for Feenstra Group

Описание: Waterkloof on Main is the latest product of a partnership between Feenstra Group and Mile Investments. It is the flagship residential project created by the partnership, which has an extensive portfolio of commercial, industrial and mixed-used property developments, both together and separately.

This 14-month timelapse challenged us on many levels, from finding vantage points to mount our camera systems to shifting camera angles as the construction site grew. The final product from this long term timelapse is worth it though!

The Feenstra Group is a multi-awardwinning organisation of niche commercial developers and investors, with a speciality in strategic facilities management and student and inner-city accommodation. The Group has been active in the South African property market since 1989.
