Описание: In this episode of the DaveDashTV Weight Loss Journey, I head out of my house on foot to walk around two miles to the ocean. I talk about the first steps I am taking on my weight loss journey. I need to get my blood pressure down so my doctor will feel comfortable starting me on some of the new weight loss drugs and hormone treatments. I walk down Seabright Avenue in Santa Cruz, California and end up at the Seabright State Beach Lighthouse. My two mile return is through the Santa Cruz Harbor and Ariana Gulch.
