Recepie:

Pickled red onion
1 table spoon sugar
1 tea spoon of salt
1 table spoon of black pepper
1/2 dl of vinegar
3 onions
Fill the jar with hot water
put it in the fridge for seven hours.

Dinner Pasta pesto
3 garlic
1 package of chicken
parmesan
1 jar of pasta pesto
1 1/2 dl creme fraiche
pasta
pine nuts and red onion for topping
