The program aims to provide women* living in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) with a comprehensive learning experience to enable them develop the essential digital skills and knowledge they need to take control of their futures.

It is complemented by language learning and inclusion courses, live group sessions and coaching on language practice, professional soft skills, and job market insights to get the participants ready for the modern workplace.
