Specializing in Clean Water Act citizen suit lawsuits, she tirelessly addressed water pollution crises and pursued multiple cases challenging government and agency failures to enforce vital environmental laws. Tragically, her unwavering commitment drew retaliation from corrupt oligarchs and polluters, marking her as a targeted individual. Ana has endured organized stalking, invasive electronic surveillance, illegal medical implantations, and assaults via directed energy weapons—resulting in severe physical harm, including burns, chronic pain, Havana Syndrome symptoms, and even a false cancer diagnosis followed by unnecessary radiotherapy. In the face of these relentless attacks, she made the difficult decision to flee Puerto Rico in September 2022. Undeterred, she embraced a new calling as lead counsel for Targeted Justice, where she now also serves on the Advisory Board. Her primary focus is civil rights and shutting down the criminal Unacknowledged Special Access Targeted Individual Program. Her passionate advocacy, unyielding resolve against corruption, and dedication to human rights have earned her profound respect and admiration within the targeted community.

Renowned for her transparency, deep compassion for those suffering, and refreshingly candid advice, Ana hosts a weekly podcast called The Gavel every Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST, delivering timely updates on government developments and related issues.

On a personal level, Ana embodies resilience, gratitude, forgiveness, and the transformative power of turning adversity into purpose. Recently, she left the supportive circle of friends in Texas to relocate to Washington, D.C., positioning herself closer to the key government representatives who hold the influence to dismantle these targeting programs. She has already convened meetings and delivered powerful testimonies to select officials, shedding light on this modern-day form of human enslavement.
