Learning from Plants at Pishwanton Wood (5th - 6th of July 2014)

Описание: In this video Maureen Robertson outlines the content of the course "Learning from Plants" held at Pishwanton Wood (Scotland) during the weekend of 5th and 6th of July 2014.

This course looks at plants using the Goethean Scientific Methodology can give one an insight into their "meaning", their role in the landscape and their healing properties within human beings and animals. At the same time this study develops perceptive faculties within the student of nature.

Maureen runs alongside Keith Robertson the Drimlabarra Herb Farm in the isle of Arran (Scotland). Situated at the southern end of one of Scotland´s most beautiful and accessible islands, Keith and Maureen offer practical herbal medicine courses, individual herbal well being consultations and workshops in sustainable living. Established in 2000 by world recognised Traditional Medical Herbalists, Maureen and Ketih Robertson, the farm is run on Veganic/Stockfree lines combining vegan (100% vegetarian) and organic philosophy.

The course was also led by Margaret Colquhoun co-founder of the Pishwanton Project where she teaches Goethean Science .
Dr. Colquhoun is a biologist, landscaper consultant and freelance Goethean scientist, researcher and teacher. She is overall project manager for the Pishwanton Project. Dr. Colquhoun has extensive background in research and teaching using the Goethean methodology and currently teaches all over the UK. She also has considerable experience in gardening and running a small-holding and has a particular interest in live stock production and care as well as the growing and processing of medicinal plants.

A similar course will be held next year at Pishwanton Wood in July 2015.

From Thursday 9th to Sunday 12 th of July 2015. Pharmacy based on Goethean Sciences for an Advanced Level.
