2 medium size smoked fish
2-3 tbspn crayfish powder
2 medium size onions
5-7 scotch Bonnet pepper
3-4 cayenne pepper 2-3 tomatoes
1 & 1/2 cup palmoil
1 tspn seasoning powder (to taste)
Salt to taste
Plantain
Vegetable oil for frying


You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
