ingredients
beef mince 250 gram
onion 2 cups
oil 3 tbsp
garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper 15 to 20
grounded coriander 1 tsp
cumin seed powder 1 tsp
green chilli 6
coriander leaves 1/2 cup
water 1/2 cup
samosa patti as required
flour & water mixture 2 tbsp for sticking samosa
oil for frying
