Tribute To Isengard - The Isengard Medley

Описание: Presenting my favorite riffs/sections from Isengard`s two studio albums, «Vinterskugge» and «Høstmørke". Some of the songs have been transposed from their original tuning, in order for all of them to be performed on a drop D (D-A-D-G-B-D) tuned guitar.

The last recording of 2016, a dreadful year in too many ways. So let`s celebrate the end of it with some cheerful folk metal songs, beer in hand, and scream on top of our lungs; VINTERSKUGGGEEEEAAAEEEAAA!

As with "En Ring Til AA Herske", this track got some serious karaoke vibe... so feel free to yodel along! ;)

Gibson Explorer T w/496R and 500T PUs, Fractal Audio System`s AXE-FX 2, using their Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ amp. SADOWSKY 5-string NYC bass through a Line 6 Bass Pod Pro. Toontrack`s Superior Drummer 2.0. used for drums. Spectrasonics` Omnisphere used for orchestration/FX.

Recorded and produced using Logic Pro 9.

Visuals recorded using an iPhone 6S and a GoPro Hero 4 Silver camera. Audio and film mashed together using Final Cut Pro X.
