Warriors of Numenor, Painting Tutorial

We asked, and you answered! In a close knit poll on our Instagram between Numenoreans and High Elves you all chose the Warriors of Numenor to be our latest painting tutorial! (Don't fret, High Elves aren't far behind!)

These valiant, noble men of the second age who marched with Elendil and Isildur and a host of Elves in the great conflict upon the slopes of Mount Doom which brought the reign of Sauron to a close and ushered in the eventual events of the War of the Ring.

We'll eventually be covering all the combatants at the slopes of Dagorlad, including High Elves, Elendil, Isildur, Gil Galad and Lord Elrond himself so stay tuned ready for those wehen they drop!

We'll be showing you here in this easy to follow guide how to bring a Numenorean to life on the tabletop, explaining in detail how to effectively highlight and paint a variety of black robes alongside the burnished and polished metalwork of their station to give you a Numenorean Warrior yoiu'd be proud to place defiantly in front of Saurons forces!
