Frisco and Steffie meet for a meal in New York; Blackie crashes. Steffie's really putting the moves on Frisco, but he's cool to her advances. Frisco's got a cold--he doesn't want her to catch it, which is code for "I'm just not that into you."
If that's not clear enough, Frisco pawns Steffie off on Blackie when she mentions the theatre tickets she got for the two of them. That will come up later when the Lady of His Heart arrives... Birds of a feather!
Interesting set/set design to connote "New York City" vs. "Port Charles."
