This quick assessment covers the four basic requirements for safe Shuffle Dance instruction! The good news? Even if you can’t do all of these right now, they can ALL be learned with proper support and practice.
The 4 Readiness Checkpoints:
✅ Good overall health (physician clearance recommended)
✅ Ability to stand on one foot
✅ Ability to hop in place
✅ Ability to pivot heel-toe laterally
