Kim Todd produced the first three installments of the series "Fargo," work for which she received an Emmy®, Golden Globe®, Peabody, two PGA Awards and two Critics Choice Awards. She is an executive producer on "The Handmaid’s Tale" having worked on the third, fourth and fifth seasons. She was an executive producer on the series "Brave New World" and produced the series "Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency" and "Impulse."
From 2000 to 2014, Todd developed and produced television and films through her production company Original Pictures. She was executive producer of the series "Falcon Beach," "The Atwood Stories", winner of two Gemini Awards. She also executive produced two movies for television under the Murdoch Mysteries banner, the movie "A Bear Named Winnie," starring Michael Fassbender, which won the Crystal Heart Award at the Chicago Heartland Film Festival, and "The Many Trials of One Jane Doe," which won four Gemini Awards. She produced the feature films "The Journey Home," "Leaving Metropolis" and "The Quarrel."
Todd began her producing career with Atlantis Films, where she produced "The Diviners, "which won four Gemini Awards including Best Movie, "Alexander Graham Bell: The Sound and the Silence," which won a Cable ACE Award for Best Miniseries and three Gemini Awards, the ABC series "Men," David Chase’s movie/pilot for CBS "Almost Grown," the Sarah Polley starring series "Ramona" for PBS, winner of a Gemini Award for Best Youth Series, and The Quarrel, which won the Best Movie Award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
Steve Stark was President of MGM Television for nine years before departing to launch his own production company, Toluca Pictures, in May of 2021. He launched MGM’s multiple network-defining and Emmy® and Golden Globe® award- winning scripted series including "The Handmaid's Tale," "Fargo," "Vikings," "Teen Wolf," "Four Weddings and a Funeral" and "Get Shorty."
At Toluca Pictures, Stark continues producing those award-winning signature series he developed and launched during his run at the studio, and now Prime Video’s "The Consultant," created by Anthony Basgallop; Prime Video’s three-part documentary "The Devil’s Confession: The Lost Eichmann Tapes"; and Netflix’s record-breaking "Wednesday," created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.
Stark had previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Development at Columbia TriStar Network Television, overseeing the development of drama, comedy and alternative programming where he developed "Hack" and "Everwood." He had also served as Senior Vice President, Current Programming at Paramount Network, where he shepherded multiple episodes of series beginning with the last season of "Cheers" that was followed by "Frasier," "JAG," "Becker," "Nash Bridges," "Girlfriends," "Duckman," "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine," "Star Trek: Voyager," "Soul Food", "Brooklyn Bridge," "Seven Days," "Clueless," "The Untouchables," "Now and Again" and "Sister, Sister," among many others.
