In this unique video, we polled our membership and found at least 7 people who had made a significant positive change this year in their bone density scores. Each participant shares the changes they made in areas such as Nutrition, Supplements, a Workout regimen, Medications/HRT. Each story is an inspiration. This segment is a testimony to self advocacy and what can be accomplished with a knowledge based mindset and a will to win.

2:30 Erin’s Story – Hormones, Nutrition, Supplements, Fitness
2024 T-scores: TH –2.3; SP –3.9
HRT: Estradiol patch + oral Progesterone; Added Testosterone gel.
Nutrition: Vegan; increased protein to 100g/day, 98% plant-based.
Supplements: Calcium, D, K2, Mg, boron, berberine, soy/isoflavones, silica, omega-3s, occasional DHEA.
Fitness: Added weight training 6 months post-diagnosis; "Onero-style" program.
2025 T-scores: TH –1.6; SP –3.2

Fitness: Former endurance athlete; now weight lifting, trainer sessions, kettlebell twice weekly.

Fitness: Gym workouts, hiking, biking, walking, yoga; now includes weight-bearing lifts (deadlifts) with a personal trainer.
