Описание: Several Mongols bikies have been arrested on the Gold Coast, just days after former member turned fierce rival Shane Bowden was assassinated.Bowden, 48, was gunned down in the driveway of a home at Pimpama about 12.10am on Monday, with police believing it is linked to his recent defection from the Mongols to the Finks.Queensland Police reportedly arrested a number of Mongols members on Thursday and they are currently at Southport Police Station. The arrests are linked to a drug running ring with inquiries into Bowden's death still ongoing, The Gold Coast Bulletin. Police received a call to an address on Cox Road at Pimpama at 12.10am on Monday and forensic officers remained at the scene throughout the day.Two burnt-out vehicles were found nearby - one at Beenleigh and one at Ormeau - a short time later. Footage from CCTV cameras along the street has also been scoured by police.Queensland Police Detective Superintendent Brendan Smith said it appeared that Bowden had been ambushed. ...
