Come hang out with me at the climbing gym, one of my favourite places to spend my time.
Climb routine:
1: stretch- especially in the hips and hamstrings as that’s where I get most tight.
2: warm up- I climb routes I know I can complete, working up the grades as my body gets warmer. Here I focus on climbing slowly and making my body alert.
3: get climbing those projects! I’m generally working at a 6a+-6b+ level and trying different styles of climbing within those.
Climbing is mindful exercise that makes me slow down and clear my head in a busy world.
