reflecting what feels unseen, unheard, unheld.

Sometimes it arrives in crowded rooms,
in conversation, in company.

You can be surrounded by people
and still feel entirely alone,
your inner world echoing with thoughts and emotions
that have nowhere to land.

This piece holds those moments.
The ache of isolation.
The repetition of what is never spoken.
And the fragile beauty that exists within stillness itself.

Echoes of Silence is an invitation
to sit with what arises in the quiet.
Not to fix it.
Not to escape it.
But to allow it space to breathe.
