Replacing the A/C compressor clutch magnet in a 2005 matrix. 2000 celica is the same.
Video starts with clutch disassembly on the bench.
How the clutch works 4:30 mark.
Air gap shim 9:00 mark, if the clutch air gap is to wide the magnet can not pull/engage the clutch.
Changing clutch magnet on the car 11:00 mark
25 minutes to becoming an A/C Pro..... well maybe not a pro but you might be able to change an a/c clutch magnet :).
