Designed and developed by Laser Tools and manufactured by them in Sheffield, this new tool has been developed to allow the professional technician to remove and refit these rear suspension bushes with the minimum of dismantling required. Being able to perform the task on the vehicle saves considerable time over the more traditional use of a workshop press and the requirement that the trailing arm assembly be completely removed. Bushes on both sides can be removed and replaced in just under an hour.

Applications: Ford Mondeo Mk IV 2007-2013, Galaxy 2006-2010, S-Max 2006-2013 plus Volvo S60 II, S80 II, XC60, XC70 II, V60, V70 III 2006-2013

Designed to install or remove the bush on the vehicle without the need to disconnect the brake lines or removal of the bush positioning bolts or mounting plates

Spare Top Plate Part No 1681, Spare Force Screw Assembly Part No 1682. Adequate and appropriate lubricants to be used on threaded force screws and thrust bearing (Laser Tools Recommends Molybdenum Disulphide Grease (black drive shaft grease). Made in Sheffield
